Self-assess your current situation, explore your goals, and design your first action plan.

  • Duration:
A process would ypically last 3 months (4 – 8 sessions); each session has an estimated duration of 45 to 85 minutes.

Who is it for?

Again, for educators, leaders and institutions who feel stuck, uncomfortable or overwhelmed with a particular aspect of their profession. The difference being that as a mentor they’ll be scope for explicit input, advice, suggestions, demonstrations and examples for you to benefit fully from my expertise. Check out this article to understand the difference between all three methodologies.

What does it consist of?

Similarly to coaching, you establish your professional objective to be achieved. Then we would work together through classroom observations focusing on your objective. There’d be post-class follow-up sessions – Reflection and Feedback and then repeat till you feel or can identify that your objective has been achieved.

  • Duration:
A mentoring process would typically last 2 months depending on the regularity of the sessions (7 sessions); each session has an estimated duration of 45 to 85 minutes.

Within this process you’d get the initial session, three total observations with their follow-ups. Total sessions: 7.
